StayClose is operated by Agbe LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These terms govern your use of our pre-launch website and waitlist. When the StayClose application launches, additional terms will apply to the application itself, and we will notify waitlist members at that time.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use StayClose. By signing up for our waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The StayClose website and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
StayClose is a communication support tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis helpline.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agbe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the StayClose website or waitlist.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Agbe LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of StayClose is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We may update these Terms of Service as StayClose develops. When we make material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which Agbe LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
